This notice explains how DAZZLEYOUREYES LTD handles information on this website and in the Android app Bus Queue Manager (package com.bus.queuemanager, version 1.0.0). It is written for people in the United Kingdom. The law that applies is UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What this notice covers
It covers the public pages on rammedical.site, any written range you type into the Booth form, and Bus Queue Manager. A store listing URL is not published here until one exists. When a store page is public, this notice still applies to package com.bus.queuemanager.
Information we may receive
If you use the Booth form or write to james@rammedical.site, the fields may include a name, a reply address, and the range you type. Hosting logs from the server that serves these pages may include an IP address, browser type, and the time of a request.
What the app keeps on the phone
Bus Queue Manager version 1.0.0 is a boarding puzzle that runs on the phone. The in-app privacy screen says this version stores level progress, settings, and optional goal markers on the device only, and that it does not collect personal information.

What version 1.0.0 does not take
Version 1.0.0 has no sign-in screen. Stop files are not uploaded to the West Drayton desk.
- No login, password, or profile on the stop screens
- No cloud copy of queues, daily bests, or booster counts on our servers
- No advertising and no real-money purchases in version 1.0.0
- No sale of personal information for advertising
Why we use it
We use contact text to reply to a written range, to keep the site working, and to meet a legal duty. Stop files stay on your phone so the puzzle you opened can continue. We do not sell personal information for advertising.
Tools we do not run
These pages do not declare advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking pixels that are not installed. Version 1.0.0 of Bus Queue Manager does not include advertising or in-app purchases. If a tool is added later, this notice will be updated before that tool collects information.
How long we keep it
Hosting logs follow the host’s ordinary cycle. Written ranges sent to james@rammedical.site are kept only as long as needed to reply and to keep a thin record of the correspondence, unless a longer legal hold applies. Stop progress stays on the phone until you use Clear progress, wipe the app data, or uninstall. Those files never reach our servers, so a message to the booth cannot delete them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information we hold from website correspondence, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Write james@rammedical.site, or start from the Booth page and keep a copy of your request. For files that exist only on the phone, use Clear progress or uninstall the app.
Children
These pages and Bus Queue Manager are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Law
This notice is governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update it; the date at the top of the page is the current version.
